It is simple with MySubwayCard. Here are three ways to check how much money you have. You can do this online or by call. Both ways are designed to suit different preferences.

Check Online with MySubwayCard

  1. Visit page mysubwaycard.com.
  2. Press on the Balance Inquiry field.
  3. On the next page write the Number-code and PIN code (remember not to include any spaces) in the right spots.
  4. Press Submit.

Via App

If you've set up an app with either a physical or an eGift card, just log in. Here you can see balance.

By Phone

If you'd rather avoid the internet altogether, you can just use a phone, if you don't want to use online tools or an app.

  • Call by number 1-(877) 697 8222 and follow the voice instructions.
  • Give them a number when asked.
  • Wait momentarily, and then hear about the current balance over the phone.
